You’ll be pleasantly surprised by the sight of the lake with the beautiful surrounding mountains such as Woraksan Mountain, Geumsusan Mountain, Oksunbong Peak, and more. (The most popular course is the one that extends from Cheongpung Quay to Janghoe Quay!) See the revival of nature in spring, the rock formations and fresh greenery in summer, the warm and beautifully colored leaves in fall, and the beautiful snow-covered pines in winter. You can experience a different kind of beauty each season.

Express Ferry 1 hour, 10 minutes Adults Closed * Sindanyang Quay is currently closed off due to the construction of a submerged weir.

  • Location : Take National Route 36 towards Danyang from Chungju past the entrance to the Woraksan Songgye Valley and travel about 10 km. Turn left at the intersection in front of the fishing village, take National Route 597 past Cheongpung-myeon. Stop below the Cheongpung Cultural Complex.
  • When traveling from Jecheon, take the Jungang Expressway past the South Jecheon IC and Geumseong and past Geumwolbong Peak, KBS Marine Studio, and Lake Hotel. Turn left and travel 300 m immediately after crossing Sincheongpungdaegyo Bridge and you will arrive at Cheongpung Quay.

Ships Large Tour Ferry (464 passengers), Medium Tour Ferry (196 passengers), Express Ferry (123 passengers), Cruise Ship (94 passengers)
Four types of ships are operated.
Hours

Summer (April 1- ctober 31) 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Winter (November 1-March 31) 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Sailing hours can change unexpectedly. Please inquire in advance.
Children (13 months of age-elementary school students) and babies (12 months of age or younger) can ride for free.
